Who We Are

South Florida Philanthropic Consulting Services, LLC works with non-profits to help them develop their infrastructure, build capacity and increase their sustainability to ensure their growth and outreach. It was started by Deborah (Debbie) Korge who brings over 25 years of non-profit management and leadership experience with her, focusing on developing and updating policies and procedures (financial, operational, administrative, board of directors), improving operational efficiencies, grant-writing, and fund development, to name a few. 

Why We are Here

Many non-profits are busy – busy serving their clients and taking care of their day-to-day functions. Their organizations and leadership team may not always have the time or resources to handle the more complex (or sometimes the more routine) work needed to ensure their success and sustainability. That is where South Florida Philanthropic Consulting Services, LLC comes in. We look at what you have in place, identify your strengths to promote them and your challenges to overcome them, while working on solutions to make your organization stronger and better.

What We Do

Meeting with your team (board, staff, stakeholders) we review all governing, operational and fundraising aspects of your organization to ensure you have robust plans, policies, procedures, staff and board members in place to allow your organization to grow and thrive. We help you emphasize what is being done well and find opportunities and ways to remove challenges. Long-term sustainability and growth is our focus.
