For 15 years Erica has brought clarity to individuals and entities as a strategic and legal adviser. She specializes in building tailored systems and processes, developing equitable policies and programs, and collaboratively building mission-oriented fund development strategies. She believes in values-based decision-making and the power of collaborative engagement to facilitate effective responses to social problems.
