Cirsium Consulting was founded to address a specific problem that too many small nonprofits face: too many organizations don’t have the time to create effective plans or to implement the systems they need. As a result, they operate in a constant state of urgency, which leads to staff burn-out and turnover.

This is where we come in. Our superpower is looking the chaos in the face and breaking the work down into sustainable plans with actionable tasks. We work with teams of all sizes, but have a special place in our hearts for small teams that are creative, capable, mighty; but that need a partner to help them build capacity.
